What This Tool Actually Does

All calculations are estimates based on numbers you provide. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional financial analysis.

These disclaimers apply specifically to features added in Phase 2B of MoneyMap360.
Record Completeness Score
The Record Completeness Score only reflects how complete your MoneyMap360 records are for a selected month. It is not a financial health score, credit score, risk score, advice score, or compliance score. It does not measure the accuracy of your data.
Debt Strategy Comparison
Debt strategy comparisons (snowball, avalanche) are simplified educational estimates only. They are not financial, legal, credit repair, or debt settlement advice. Actual payoff results depend on many real-world factors not captured by this tool.
Debt Direction Insights
Debt Direction insights are based only on records entered by the user and do not guarantee any payoff results, credit outcomes, or financial improvements.
Trend Insights
Trend insights are simple calculations based on user-entered records. They are not forecasting, investment advice, or financial advice of any kind.
In-App Reminders
In-app reminders are informational only and do not guarantee payment, deadline tracking, alerts, or financial outcomes. No email, SMS, push notifications, or calendar reminders are currently live.
Household Labels & Assignment
Household labels are organizational tags you assign to expenses, bills, and savings goals to organize your budget by role or category. Labels stay inside one user's account only. Real multi-user household sharing with invitations and shared access is not live.
Church Workshop Kit
The Church Workshop Kit is an educational framework only. MoneyMap360 does not claim active church partnerships, enrolled congregations, group dashboards, financial counseling, or pastoral authority over finances.
CSV Import / Export
Imported records are not verified by MoneyMap360. Users must review all imported records. Do not upload CSV files containing SSN, tax IDs, bank login credentials, full account numbers, or private identity documents.
Your Data
Your financial data is stored securely and is only accessible to you when you're signed in. We do not sell or share your personal financial information. During the MVP phase, data is stored using our platform's standard security practices. For sensitive documents, we recommend avoiding uploading items containing social security numbers, bank routing numbers, or similar highly sensitive information.
Controlled Beta Testing Notice
MoneyMap360 is currently in controlled beta / early MVP testing. This means:
- • Features may change, be updated, or be removed before public release
- • All calculations are estimates — verify every number with your real financial records
- • Do not enter SSN, tax IDs, bank login credentials, or full account numbers
- • Do not use this app as your only financial tracking method during beta
- • This app has not been security-audited, certified, or compliance-reviewed
- • This is not a SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or WCAG-certified product
- • Beta testers should report any issues through the Feedback page
By using MoneyMap360 during beta, you acknowledge that you are an early tester, not a customer of a production-certified financial service.
Visual Simulations Disclaimer
Visual simulations in MoneyMap360 are simplified educational views based on records entered by the user.
- • They are not financial advice, forecasts, guarantees, investment advice, debt settlement advice, tax advice, legal advice, or accounting advice
- • Simulations may be inaccurate if records are incomplete — accuracy depends on what you entered
- • MoneyMap360 does not guarantee any savings, debt payoff, or financial outcome shown
- • Users must verify all records against actual financial statements before making decisions
- • "What If?" controls are hypothetical estimates only — not projections or promises
Beta Tester Data Safety
Beta tester tracking (used internally by the founder) is for manual testing coordination only. It should not include sensitive personal or financial data about testers.
- • Testers are tracked by nickname or initials only — no full legal names required
- • No bank account, SSN, or financial identity data should be stored about testers
- • Testers may use sample or made-up amounts during testing
- • If testers encounter login or access problems, they should report the issue through the Feedback page or directly to the founder
Brand Transition Notice
MoneyMap360 is the current public product name for the budgeting MVP formerly built as MoneyWise 360. The app remains a privacy-first manual budgeting tool. Users should verify records and avoid entering sensitive data. MoneyWise 360 is becoming MoneyMap360 — mmp360.app · MMP = My Money Map.

Beta Cohort Coordination Disclaimer
Beta cohorts and tester tracking are manual coordination tools only.
- • They do not provide legal consent management or automated outreach
- • They do not provide compliance certification or secure CRM functionality
- • No automated invitations, emails, SMS, or push notifications are sent
- • Do not store sensitive personal or financial data in tester or cohort notes
- • Cohort names should be group-level only (e.g., "Church Round 1") — no personal identifiers
- • Founder must review Launch Decision Dashboard manually before inviting any broader group
- • Broader beta expansion is not a public launch — it remains a controlled, manual process
